Please read these terms before purchasing or using our templates.

What we provide

Care Policy Kit sells editable policy and procedure templates for Support at Home and aged care providers, and provides a free rules change-log and guides. The templates are general starting points aligned to the Aged Care Act 2024 and the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

Not legal advice

Nothing we provide is legal, clinical or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of compliance or of any audit or assessment outcome. You are responsible for tailoring the templates to your organisation, for their accuracy, and for meeting your obligations. You should have your policies reviewed by a suitably qualified person before relying on them. Clinical and service-delivery matters in particular warrant qualified clinical review.

Licence

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the templates for your own organisation's internal use. You may not resell or redistribute the templates as templates.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in Australian dollars. Because the packs are digital goods delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. If a file is faulty or you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.

Subscriptions

The update subscription bills monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not affiliated with the Australian Government or the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
